Push messages

Goal ?

Be able to send messages directly to your users through the app !

How ?

The messaging feature of the My AppScho Platform allows you to send push messages to users based on the audiences they belong to on your directory.

Reception of push messages in the same format as notifications

Students can receive your push messages and find them in the messages function of their app.

Warning: They will only be able to receive your messages if they are connected, and if they have activated the notifications for these messages!

On MyAppScho you have the possibility to choose different types of messages: "Simple Message", "MCQ" or "Open Question".

You will just have to enter this information:

• Target audience

• Title of the message

• Message content

You also have the possibility to schedule your messages in My AppScho (see Messaging documentation).

You can find the messages under the "Messages" feature (see image below).

Messaging section

The messages display the following information:

• Message title of up to 150 characters.

• Day, month, year, time of sending.

• A preview of the message content of 150 characters maximum.

• An https link if indicated in the message content.

Related to the private and public part of the application according to the selected profiles.
