Goal ?

Give your students a centralised planning and keep them up to date for their next courses !

How ?

By providing access and displaying the course calendar to users, and also by notifying them in real time about upcoming courses.

Schedule per day of class

Directly transmitted via the dedicated API, you will find in the "Schedule" section the summary of the student's classes for the day.

Information that can be found on the schedule:

• A unique ID for the event (required)

• The name of the event (required)

• The start date and time (required)

• End date and time (required)

• The name of the room where the event is held (optional)

• The name of the teacher (optional)

• A more complete description of the event (optional)

• A link to an LMS platform (optional)

• A video conference link (Zoom type, optional)

• The color match of the course in question (optional)

• If this course is given in physical form or by videoconference (presence of the camera icon at the top right of the course).

Schedule home page (current day)

You can view the details of a course by clicking on it. Links to courses that are given by videoconference are also included.

Planning per month

You can get an overview of the month by clicking on the drop-down arrow at the top right of the screen. The dots and their numbers below the dates indicate the presence of courses and their numbers.

The numbers of the dates that do not have courses are slightly more transparent.

It is possible to refresh the calendar by clicking on the refresh icon in the upper right corner (to the left of the drop-down arrow).
