Welcome the users with a dedicated "About" section, entirely editable according to each profile !
How ?
You can directly configure your knowledge base (public/private section) from My AppScho's back-office).
The Knowledge Base functionality is available in ordrer to promote practical and useful information about your school.
Knowledge Base visibility
The Knowledge Base is both public (accessible for everyone) and private (accessible only to authenticated users).
You can find it in the "About" section on the front page of the public section (pre-authentication) and in the "About" section in the private section (post-authentication) of the app.
- Root section :
The "Root" section (introduction/cover image) is always visible for everyone. The "Root" part of the Knowledge Base allows to give a quick intruduction to the app.

- Category/sub-category :
Your knowledge base can contain categories in which sub-categories can be imbricated.
You can adapt the visibility, the audience and filter on which profiles can it be made available to, directly from the back-office.

From My AppScho, it is possible to select the visibility for which the different categories of the Knowledge Base can be visible.
Types of visibility :
Everyone or Hidden :
Generally, if the content is visible or hidden for everyone.
Public section :
Non-authenticated users only or custom profiles (see Profiles functionality).
Private section :
All authenticated users only or specific audiences (visibility filter according to the groups of the users pre-configured by the administration -e.g. "campus A").
Related to the private and public sections of the app.
