Messaging

Reminder : You can always access to statistics by messages from MyAppScho.

Your key figures :

  • Number of sent messages : It counts the total number of messages you sent to users.

  • Read messages : Message reading rate. This statistic reports the percentage of messages students clicked on (from notifications) in order to view or read them, compared to the number of sent messages.

  • Responded messages : Some messages call for answers (QCM for example). This data calculates the number of these messages which received a response from the targeted users.

  • Number of messages received : It allows to calculate the number of messages actually received by students. It allows you to assess the reach you have in terms of communication.

    • NB : Some conditions may alter the reception of messages (notifications turned on, loaing of mobile, network....).

  • Number of messages read : It counts the number of messages actually read (i.e opened by the targeted users).

  • Number of responses : It allows you to count the total number of responses received by students.

Your graphs :

  • Messages received over time : It gives the evolution of the number of messages received during a given period.

  • Messages read and responded to over time : It allows you to compare the curves evolution of messages read and the number of messages to which students answered during a given period.

  • Message received by day of week : It reports the number of messages received according to the days of the week (from Monday to Friday). This statistic allows you to know the best days to communicate to your students.

  • Messages read and responded by day of week : Number of read messages versus number of responded messages by the targeted students by day of the week (from Monday to Friday).
