# HOW TO - Manage the rating and comments of my app on the stores

## Browse your app's ratings

1. Connect to the [Play Console](https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/)
2. Select your application
3. In the left menu, click **User's Comments> Rating**

You can find here:

* Application **Rating**: average & individual attributed by users
* **Rating evolution**: daily, weekly, monthly
* **Details of the rating**: to have a detail according to the countries, languages, devices ...

## Browse the app's comments

1. Connect to the [Play Console](https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/)
2. Select your application
3. In the left menu, click **User's Comments> comments**
4. You can browse reviews in differents ways :
   1. **Filter**: displays the opinions according to certain criteria such as the data, the language, the rating ...
   2. **Sort**: allows you to sort the reviews by date, rating ...
   3. **Search**: allows you to search for specific words in comments

## Reply to a comment&#x20;

1. Connect to the [Play Console](https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/)
2. Select your application
3. In the left menu, click **User's Comments> comments**
4. In the "**Reply to this comment**" field, enter your answer
5. Select **Publish answer**

When you answer to a user's notification, a notification email will inform them. This notification includes the following informations :

* Name of your application
* Date of the user's notice
* User rating and comments on your app
* Text of your answer
* Link that permit you to contact you by e-mail (e-mail address indicated on the file Play Store of your application)

## Example of responses

### When comments are issue-related

Thank you for your comment \[***Insert User name***]. We are sorry to hear about this. We will work to correct this issue as soon as possible. &#x20;

### Textless comments 1 to 3\*&#x20;
