Manage ratings and reviews

How to reply and manage ratings and reviews published by your users.

Go to App Store Connect, login and go to the My Apps section. Select your app.

In the left menu select Ratings and Reviews.

The Ratings and Reviews section

You will find on this page all ratings and reviews published by your users. You can use several filters to filter your search (country, app version etc.).

Reply to a review

You can reply by clicking on the Reply button next to a review. A window appears and let you type your reply. You can then click Submit to publish your reply.

You can edit and delete your reply by clicking on the Edit my answer next to the review.
