Migrating your iOS app to another account
You will find below all the steps necessary to transfer your app to another Apple developer account.

Some notes about app migration :
The app will remain available on the App Store during the process
The app will keep its ratings and reviews and the process will be transparent for the users
Step 1 : Checking that the app is eligible to transfer
The app must meet some criterias to be eligible for transfer.

Step 2 : Back up all app information
Because an app is removed from your account after an app transfer, you should back up all information about the app before you transfer it.
Step 3 : Initiate the app transfer
The Account Holder user in your organization initiates the app transfer.
If you do not know which user if the Account Holder, go to the Users and Access page of App Store Connect to find him in the list.
Connect and go to the Apps section.
Select your app.
Cliquez on App Information in the General section.
Scroll down the page and click on Transfer app.
If all the criterias are meet you will be able to start the transfer process. If not, you will see a list indicating which criteria has not been met yet.
If all criterias are met you will be asked for the recipient account Apple ID, and its Team ID.
The Team ID can be found in the Membership section of the recipient Apple Developer account page.
Step 4 : Accept the transfer
The recipient Account Holder must now log in on App Store Connect.
From Agreements, Tax, and Banking, you will see an app transfer alert in the Agreements section.
Under App Transfers on the right, click Review.
Enter the new metadatas.
Below the User Access section, indicate whether you want to give all users on your App Store Connect team access to the app or limit access to just Admin and Finance roles. Once the transfer is complete, you can limit access to specific people within your account.
Below the App Privacy section, if the previous owner has already disclosed what data is collected from the app and how it may be used, you will have the option to either keep existing responses to privacy questions or clear responses and answer the privacy questions yourself. You can view the existing privacy details by clicking View Existing Details.
Read the terms, select “I have read and agree to the agreement presented above,” and click Accept.
Your app is now in the process of being transfered.
It can take up to two business days for the app transfer to complete, during which the app status is Processing App Transfer. While the app is in this state, the transferor can’t edit the app metadata, pricing and info.
