Reminder : a Google Account can only be suscribed to alpha, beta or production testing. We recommand that you use different phones for each track.
In the case a Google Account would be subscribed to both alpha and beta testing, the following cases will eventually happen :
Access to the beta version will be denied
In-app functionalities will not perform well
You will not be able to download both the alpha and beta version on the same phone, even with two different Google Accounts.
To find out more about who should be subscribed to which list, go there :
To access the testing version, please provide the email related to your Google Account to your AppScho project manager so that they can suscribe you to the testing lists.
There is no difference for accessing an alpha or beta version.
Once the version is available, we will send a link such as: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/[...].
Make sure you are connected on the right Google Account before clicking on the link and press on Become a tester / Devenir testeur.
If you encounter an error at this point, make sure you are connected onto the right Google Account. Otherwise, contact your AppScho project manager.
Once you've clicked on "Become a tester", Google will finalize your subscription to the testing list. it may take from a few seconds up to a few hours. Once this done, you will be able to find the app on the Google Play Store. You may always access it from the link we gave you.
If you don't find the testing version on the store, make sure you are connected with the right Google Account. (the one which was subscried to the list). If you have several accounts on your Google Play Store, make sure you selected the AppScho-subscribed one.
Beforehand you need : - The testers' Google Account - To know which track to subscribe them to
