Choose an internal name for the inquiry

This name will help you find back the inquiry- you could choose a date for example.

You could choose a structure for your name - e.g 012021 - Satisfactory Inquiry would refer to the inquiry for January 2021

Define your target

The first step consists in defining the inquiry's target. Whose opinion are we interested in collecting? It is vital to well define the audience in order to obtain the opinion of the right people. The possibilities being infinate, we should respect previously defined audiences..

If you have not pre-established audiences on Messaging, you will not find them on inquiries. If you want to add this functionality, do not hesitate to approach your Appscho project manager

Define the type of information to collect

We need to define what kind of information we wish to collect. We have three categories available :

• Qualitative : Through Multiple Choice Questions, we can collect student's opinions and/or define a more precised profile of them.

• Quantitative : Students grade an element on a scale from 1 to 5. This scale is represented by five stars to fill (as shown below)

• Binary : Questions of type « Agree » / « Disagree » allow to collect general opinions.

Planify the inquiry

Make sure you have all your questions written down before planifying

In the Schedulling section, select a opening and closing date for the inquiry.

Create the inquiry

Let us click on "Create the inquiry": do not mistake this button with the "Publish" button.

The first one gives access to the creation tool whereas the second one sends the inquiry into the app.
