Manage the category's visibility

Choose who gets access to which content

Category visibility:

Select under the visibility tab (on the right) the criteria for displaying the information:

• Both public and authenticated access: the information is visible to all app users

• Public access only: the information is only visible to unauthenticated users

• Authenticated access only: the information is only visible to authenticated users

• Hidden: The information is not visible for app users. This is useful when you wish to write text in advance and publish it on a set date by changing the visibility rules at said time.

Different types of visibility

Be aware that if a parent category is visible only for Authenticated users, Public users won't be able to see the children category even if you set it up for Everyone.
