Messaging Statistics

From the History page, click on the icon to the right of the message for which you wish to see more details.

You will have access to the reception statistics (read rate, answer rate...) and to the answers in real time if you sent an MCQ.

To see more details on the answers to an MCQ or to see the answers to an open question, simply click on Download as CSV or Download as XLS to download the information in your preferred format.
