3 - Kick off meeting

The project launch meeting is a meeting of approximately 1.5 to two hours which takes place once the purchase order is signed.
Its goal is to frame the project and present the main stages and deliverables. First, the project teams will be validated.
Please note that an AppScho project manager will be at your disposal from the kick-off meeting until the start of production. More info here:
Then, we will present the communication deliverables and their importance as well as the different acceptance phases. Finally, the teams will be able to co-construct a project calendar.
It will aim to fix various elements such as:
End of test periods
The dates of the holidays, if necessary, of the contacts
The dates of important updates on the establishment side, if necessary (ex: Migration of an ERP)
This schedule will be subject to change if the project teams encounter technical or other setbacks.
